- Usage Data: Fact-checks submitted, quiz performance, badges earned, subscription status

- Security Data: Login attempts, security events, device fingerprints for fraud prevention
- Communication Records: Support tickets, feedback submissions
- Billing Data: When you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect limited billing metadata (e.g. subscription tier, status, renewal date) — but never store your full payment information.
2. What We Don't Collect
- We do not collect or store your full payment details. All payments and billing data are handled securely by our payment processor, Stripe.
- We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

- Improve app performance and recommendations
- Monitor misuse and detect abuse
- Provide customer support
- Retain progress like streaks, quizzes, and preferences
- Enable subscription and billing management, including sending you billing notices and service updates.

Only trusted staff of Sourcewise LLC and system-level service providers (e.g. authentication, analytics, payment processors) can access minimal required information.

We use industry-standard encryption and cloud security tools to protect your data. If a breach occurs, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.

We may use cookies or local storage to keep you logged in, save settings, and anonymously track app usage for improvement.

8. Subscription and Billing Data
- We do not store credit card numbers or billing addresses — all payments are securely processed via Stripe.
- When you cancel your subscription, your premium access will remain active until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to a free tier.
- You can manage your subscription or update billing details through the Manage Subscription link in the app's settings.
